Dedication
Swallows Meadow Nursing Home, provides a level of care an elderly relative would expect to find in caring family, plus the added assurance that skills are available from a well trained and caring team of professionals, under the leadership of the Home Manager.
There are at least two qualified nurses on duty 24 hours a day, and the high staff to resident ratio means that all residents receive the attention they require. The care staff is supported by a team of administrative, catering, domestic and laundry staff who strive to provide a standard of care and homeliness of the highest quality.
Catering staff are experienced in food preparation suited for the elderly. Meals are well balanced, nourishing and attractively presented. We are able and happy to cater for special dietary needs.
A local GP visits residents twice weekly. If the resident wishes, arrangements can be made to be registered with this practice.
Solihull Care Limited are committed to training their staff, to ensure up to date skills and knowledge are available for the well being of the resident. |
