Solihull Care Limited is an Industrial and Provident Society with Charitable Status operating on a 'Not for Profit' basis.
The Domiciliary Service has been in operation since 1995 (formally know as Solihull Community Care Trust) and prides itself on the skills of their highly trained carers and quality of service, which is recognised by the Investors in People Award.
Solihull Care Limited is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection, is committed to meeting the requirements of the Care Standards Act 2000 and registered with the United Kingdom Home Care Association and adheres to their Code of Practice.
Our mission is to help the disabled, elderly and infirm maintain their dignity, respect and independence through the provision of home care services.
All our customers have an individual care package, developed through a process of full assessment involving all interested parties and reviewed regularly.
We believe that the improvement of care can only be improved as a result of information of feedback from customers, relatives and the advocates through face to face interaction, compliments or complaints.
Solihull Care Limited have policies and procedures in place that ensure that all employees act in a professional manner and recognisable by their uniform.
All carers undergo a comprehensive induction process only taking responsibility for customers after satisfying the coordinator of their capabilities. |
