Continuity of care is an important part of our philosophy, so we’re proud of the fact that our staff turnover levels are low, with more than 90% of staff having been with us for at least five years. In fact many of our team have been with us for fifteen years or more.
We are not just committed to our care users, we support our staff too. We continually invest in their development and offer regular training opportunities. We encourage our staff to work towards higher qualifications and ensure that every member of our care team is supported to achieve at least QCF Level 2 standard.
We have a comprehensive range of policies and procedures in place to ensure the professionalism of our staff and we regularly monitor their performance through management supervision.
