Continuity of care is an important part of our philosophy, so we’re proud that our staff turnover levels are low, with more than 90% of staff having been with us for at least five years. In fact, many of our team have been with us for fifteen years or more.
We’re not just committed to our care users; we support our staff too. We continually invest in their development and offer regular training opportunities. We encourage our staff to work towards higher qualifications and ensure that every member of our care team is supported to achieve at least QCF Level 2 standard.
