Swallows Meadow Court is a purpose built nursing home in Shirley, Solihull.

Weekly GP Support On-Site
We have a local GP who attends Swallows Meadow Court on a weekly basis to assess and monitor any health conditions of our residents. Which means prompt treatment for any minor ailments and quick referral to outside medical help.
Some of Our Activities
Many people with long-term or terminal illness need to be cared for within a specialist care home. This is one of the most important services any care team can give. Our trained care workers can alleviate the symptoms, pain and stress, to keep you or your loved one feeling comfortable while maintianing an atmosphere similar to being in your own home. They’ll also be on hand to provide practical and emotional support, for both you and your family.
